These are homes that
are owned in by muliple owners. There is normally a rotating schedule,
giving the owners specific weeks throughout the year to use to the home. |

| Bay Creek Villas |
These condos overlook
Big Bay Creek. There are 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units available. |
$350,000-$400,000 |
| Wyndham
Ocean Ridge |
Wyndham is
the only resort on the island. There are many condos, vacant lots and
sigle
family homes available within the gates. There is 24 hour security. Wyndham
is home to the only golf course on the island. There are also several
swimming pools and tennis courts available. Keep in mind that there are
Home Owners Association fees that all Wyndham property owners are required
to pay. |

Normally these properties
have the possibility of having a dock. The water depth should be at least
5 feet at low tide. |

low tide. In fact, there may
be no water at all at low tide. |

These homes and lots border marsh. Some marshviews are better than others

While Edisto is not

| Time Share |
