The Neck

Beautifully developed over the last twenty years, the Neck is just a few minutes from the ocean and is considered one of the more exclusive subdivisions on the island. Most of the impressive houses and homesites are located on Big Bay and Fishing Creek Road. The Neck, like Edisto Beach, is located in Colleton County.
